Good to know
Paying
Nothing is charged when you book. You pay $100 a person at the chair on the day, by card.
Health funds
On the day we give you an itemised receipt, so you can claim from your health fund. What you get back depends on your fund and cover.
Booking for the family?
Add everyone to one booking. A parent or guardian books and signs for anyone under 18.
Need more than a clean?
If we spot something, we'll explain it. Further treatment isn't done on the day, and you can book it separately.
Can't make it?
Cancel at least 48 hours before with the link in your confirmation text, so someone else can have your time. Closer to the day, call us on 07 4635 1444.
Book a clean, help a dog find home.
Promising Paws is run by volunteers who rescue, care for and rehome dogs. Your $100 goes straight to their work.
