What you are booking
A 30-minute clean and fluoride treatment at Southside Dental Toowoomba, for $100 a person. Each person in this booking has their own appointment.
Where your money goes
100% of the proceeds from Smiles for Paws appointments go to Promising Paws Dog Rescue.
Paying
You pay $100 a person by card when you book. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe; Southside Dental Toowoomba never sees your card number.
Health funds
On the day of your appointment we give you an itemised receipt, so you can claim from your health fund. What you get back depends on your fund and your level of cover.
If you need more treatment
If we find something that needs more treatment, we'll explain it. It isn't done on the day, and you can book it separately as a normal appointment.
Cancelling and refunds
If you can't come, cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation text and you'll get a full refund. If you cancel later than that, or don't come, your payment stays as a donation to Promising Paws. Closer to the day, please call us on 07 4635 1444 so someone else can have your time.
Under 18s
If anyone in this booking is under 18, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and agree to these terms for them.

When you arrive we'll ask about your medical history and any medicines you take.
