Two things on this page: the offers we run, and the cover you may already be entitled to. Both can reduce what you pay — and we'd rather you knew about the second kind even though it isn't ours to take credit for.
Our offers
No countdowns and no expiry dates — these are standing offers, available whenever you're ready.
New patients
$199 new patient offer
Everything you need for a complete picture of your mouth in one visit, at a set price. You'll leave knowing exactly what (if anything) needs doing, what it costs, and in what order.
What's included: comprehensive examination, two X-rays, scale & clean, fluoride, oral hygiene assessment, a 3D scan where clinically needed, and a written personalised treatment plan.
Conditions: for patients new to the practice. Any treatment you go on to need is quoted in writing separately, and nothing starts until you've seen the cost and agreed to it.
Thinking about straightening
Complimentary aligner consultation
A 20-minute appointment to look at your teeth, talk through whether clear aligners suit what you're after, and give you a clear idea of the cost — at no charge, with no obligation to go ahead.
What's included: a 20-minute assessment and discussion of your options.
Conditions: this is not a full dental examination and doesn't replace a check-up. If you also need a check-up, we'll book that as a separate appointment.
Ways to reduce what you pay
These aren't our offers — they're schemes and cover you may already be entitled to. Plenty of people don't realise they qualify, so it's worth checking before you assume a treatment is out of reach.
Veterans
DVA Gold Card
If you hold a DVA Gold Card, there's no out-of-pocket cost for your dental treatment with us. We bill the Department of Veterans' Affairs directly and confirm your cover with DVA before treatment begins, so there are no surprises.
Children
Medicare CDBS bulk billing
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule provides eligible children with a capped amount of dental care over a two-year period. We bulk bill it, so eligible families pay nothing for the covered treatment. Call us and we'll check your child's eligibility with Medicare for you.
Health funds
Preferred provider rebates
We're a preferred provider for HCF, nib, CBHS and Westfund, which generally means a higher rebate and a smaller gap. With these funds the 6-monthly check-up, scale & clean is usually covered. We claim on the spot with any fund — you pay only the gap.
Spreading the cost
Payment plans
Four ways to pay over time, from as little as $20 a week — Denticare for larger plans, Zip and Afterpay for smaller ones, and early release of super where the eligibility criteria are met.
